Design Build – Hardscape Crew Leader
Design Build - Hardscape Crew Leader - This position's focus is leading a team of 2-4 crew members teaching them Five Seasons Mission and Core Values and creating new outdoor spaces with installation of concrete and natural stone patios/walks/driveway areas and retaining walls, plant and lawn installation, carpentry, and customer service. This position will work with their supervisor and team to accomplish daily safety, quality, and efficiency goals to ensure client and employee retention.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hardscape and landscape installation; previous crew lead experience a plus
- Teamwork: those that can support and teach their fellow team members with respect and professionalism

- Profitable: understanding that efficiency equals money for the company and themselves
- Equipment: must be able to operate and maintain skid steer, mini-track dingo, partner cut saw, concrete mixer, and hand tools
- Valid driver’s license and able to be insured by the company
More Position details
- Pay range: $17.50-$19.50/per hour (based on experience)
- February-November 45-55 hours per week
- December-January snow removal services
